She also starred in the Broadway National Tours of Memphis (Helen Hayes award for Outstanding Lead Actress, 2013), Dreamgirls, Aida, and Jelly’s Last Jam (Helen Hayes award for Outstanding Lead Actress). Other leading credits include Rent: Atlanta Lyric Theatre for which she wasnominated for a Suzi Bass Award,Caroline Or Change: Guthrie Theatre, Tarzan, Beehive, TheBoys From Syracuse, Little Shop of Horrors, StarlightJazz (Japan), Midnight in the Garden of Good & Evil, Heart & Lights, White Noise, and Joe Turner's Come & Gone.
