Andréa Burns appears as ‘Fausta’ in the West Side Story film. She originated the roles of Gloria Fajardo in On Your Feet! and Daniela in In The Heights, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical of2008. Other Broadway credits include Belle in Disney’s Beauty And The Beast, Vicki in The Full Monty, and The Ritz. Off-Broadway credits include Stephen Sondheim’s Saturday Night and Jason Robert Brown’s Songs For A New World. Andréa has toured the country as Lucille in Parade directed by Harold Prince and has sung opposite Elaine Stritch at Carnegie Hall. Andréa’s solo album, “A Deeper Shade of Red”, has been described by Playbill.com as“superb on all counts”.Her TV credits includeLaw & Order: SVU, Rescue Me & Electric Company.
